Monday: Kitchen Science
Students think about how properties of objects determine their use. In pairs, they will choose 5 kitchen tools and determine their physical state, relative density, magnetism, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity. They will record the properties on a table and write about how those properties affect the use of the tools in the kitchen. This is a performance indicator from our curriculum.
