  • PRINTING: Make sure it’s open in Adobe Reader and click Print as Image on advanced settings. That clears up 99% of printing issues. Here is a tutorial.
  • ZIP FILES: If you are having trouble opening a ZIP file on your computer, please read this tutorial.

  • GOOGLE DRIVE FORCED COPY ISSUE: Here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot:
    • Make sure outside Google files have not been blocked by your district
    • Logout of Google Drive and sign in only to your teacher account
    • Try accessing it on a personal computer
