Example for a Sun and Earth Model:
As part of a notebook mini-lesson, students make a model of the Earth’s revolution around the sun. They draw their models in their notebooks and identify the benefit and limitations.
During stations that day, a pair of students can work on it during stations using their own notebooks to guide them. Then, you can hang up the Giant Notebook entry for the rest of the class to refer to.
I would love to see examples your students make. Please email them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org to share! Thanks!
